Introducing Jeanetta Alexander, Esq.

The Law Office of J. We assist clients in achieving their goals with a minimum amount of stress by helping them solve problems within an affordable budget. We represent buyers, sellers, lenders and borrowers in Real Estate transactions. We represent purchasers of Cooperative apartments, condominium apartments, brownstones and commercial properties in purchases, sales, mortgage transactions, and in commercial leasing.

The principal of the firm is Jeannetta Alexander. Ms. Alexander graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina Central University in 1994 with the highest academic distinction and subsequently earned a Juris doctorate from Boston University in 1997.

Ms. Alexander began her law career as an Assistant District Attorney Office in Queens County from 1997 to 2001. As an Assistant District Attorney, she handled cases in the Economic Crime Bureau and Appeal Bureau.

Following her tenure as an Assistant District Attorney, she represented Homeowners’ Associations and Cooperative/Board of Directors in various litigation, represented small and medium business in the purchased and leasing of real property.

Currently, Ms. Alexander is a member of the Nassau County Rent Guidelines Board and member of the New York Technology College Advisory Board. In addition, Ms. Alexander teaches contract and agency law at the Realty Institute in Forest Hills, New York.
